SQL Project using publicly available Airbnb data for San Francisco

In 2022, I decided to move from Oakland to San Francisco CA. Essentially I wanted to live on the other side of the bridge. 

This was a big decision because I was also purchasing my first home.  And by "home", I mean small overpriced condo. <sigh> My little slice of happiness. And you know what? I don't have any regrets - San Francisco is an amazing place to live - despite the challenges with homelessness and crime. There is still so much to see, which is why it is a big tourist destination. Which got me wondering about what the airbnb market was like for tourists. 

        I wondered where they thought the best neighborhoods were? 

        Which places are ranked the highest?

        How much is the average daily rate? 

Airbnb shares their data so I decided to plug it in to a sql database and see what kind of insights I could extract.
